Skills Wanted: Website Developer, Accounting, Marketing, Graphic Design
Website Developers: Must be able to meet deadlines, or give ample early notice of inability to do so. Communication is important; Must be highly skilled with PHP, JavaScript (jQuery, AJAX, others), and general web development (HTML, CSS); Must have experience with at least one database system (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.; Can be RDBMS or NoSQL); Must have at least 2 years of real and consistent experience in website development; Working knowledge of OOP or especially MVC's a very strong plus; Experience with Twitter and Facebook API's a plus; Degrees and certifications not necessary -- We want experience, not education.
Accountant/Finance, Marketing, and/or Graphics Design: Since we are a brand new small startup, we need someone highly ambitious and willing to do everything within their power to help us make this work. This is a great idea, and we need a team of inspired people to help us accomplish it. Realistically, the work isn't terribly difficult, but we need to make sure the website is done well.
