Bill Trumbull's  Picture Gallery of Italy

Most of these are pictures I took during a West Virginia University MBA alumni trip in May, 2009.  I was along for the first part of the trip during which we traveled to Treviso, Venice, Asolo, Florence, and Siena.  The group then went on to Rome while I had to get back to WVU for graduation.  I do have a couple pictures of Rome to share from an earlier trip.

If you would like to send feedback or ask questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at william.trumbull@mail.wvu.edu. If you would like to know more about me, just visit my Home Page.

Enjoy!

old canal
duomo
This is a canal in Venice.  Our trip didn't
start in Venice, but who can resist
starting here? This is a typical canal.
The best time to get these reflection
shots is early morning, right after
the sun rises but before anyone is
up and about on the canals.
This is Florence, the Campanile of the
famous Duomo.

Our trip began in Treviso, just north
of Venice, a charming town with
wonderful produce and fish markets.
A 12th century lion outside the
Treviso duomo.
