Register for Classes

1. Please go to the following website: http://star.wvu.edu/
2. Select WVU STAR Web
3. Select WVU STAR System
4. It will ask for a user ID and PIN. Note: Your User ID is your Student Number (starts with 700) and your PIN is your day of birth (i.e. January 5, 1977 would be 05) followed by the last 4 digits of your student number. For example, a student with the number 700-45-6789 born January 5 1977 would sign on as follows:
USER ID: 700456789
Password: 056789
5. Select Student and Financial Aid
6. Select Registration
7. Choose Add/Drop Classes
8. The term is Spring 2007, and then choose submit term
9. It will ask you to type in the Course Request Numbers (CRNs) of the courses you wish to register for. CRNs will be sent to you each semester, but you can also find them on the Schedule of Courses Page. To search EMBA courses, choose the following criteria:
- a. The appropriate semester and year,
- b. All offered courses, off campus
- c. BADM (Choose course to search)
10. After entering the CRNs choose submit changes.
