Dr. Schaupp has interest in the area of labor/management cooperation. His current research interests are cross-cultural perceptions on management styles, behavior, and ethics. He teaches in the broad area of organizational behavior at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Dr. Schaupp conducts seminars in a variety of labor-management areas.
