Dr. Blakely specializes in performance appraisal, employee motivation, and worker cooperation. His research has appeared in numerous journals including the Journal of International Business Studies, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Academy of Management Journal. Dr. Blakely also is a certified ropes course instructor.
