Area of Expertise:
Dr. Fuller specializes in the analysis of energy systems (including both distributed and more traditional systems). This analysis includes developing energy system operating benchmarks, mercury emissions research, and unconventional oil resource work. He also designs and implements optimizing decision models, designs and implements computer-based decision support systems, and performs economic analysis on business operations.
