Dr. Brooks teaches both financial accounting and governmental/nonprofit accounting. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). Dr. Brooks conducts research related to governmental and nonprofit accounting.
