Area of Expertise:
Dr. Fleming currently teaches cost accounting and in the past has taught accounting information systems and financial accounting at WVU. Additionally, Dr. Fleming has experience instructing finance, operations management, auditing, advanced accounting, and accounting theory. Prior to academic life, Dr. Fleming's work experience ran the gamut of accounting and operational positions both domestically and internationally with experience in both public and private firms.
Dr. Fleming's current research interests are behavioral in nature and examine corporate governance with emphasis on executive compensation, group decision making, and ethics.
