Dr. Munyon’s research interests include the nature, process dynamics, and dimensions of dyadic work relationships, the design of work at executive and other job levels, the roles of organizational politics and political skill in organizational science research, and social context effects on important human resources practices and decisions. Munyon has published in outlets such as the Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, Business Horizons, and Human Resource Management Review.
