Plans after graduation:

Hopefully I''ll continue working for Office Depot BSD, but it is not definite. Either way, the experience has been amazing and I know I''m better off in the long run for having done it.

Since working with the Business Service Division of Office Depot, I've grown professionally, because I've been able to apply the information I''ve learned in class. A lot of what I learned in Consumer Behavior, Services Marketing and Integrated Promotional Strategies has really prepared me for the work that I''ve been doing for Office Depot. Most of the work I do involves interacting with customers. First I need to reach them. Then I need to attract new customers, get them interested and/or keep them satisfied. We want Office Depot to be the first thing that comes to their mind when people think of office supplies. Since I''ve been working for OD BSD, raising customer awareness has been the main goal, aside from overall sales of course. I'm sure what I'm learning now will help me in my future career.

"We are very happy with the Internship program we have done with Celeste Pfeiffer. Celeste has proven to be a great contributor and we hope to be able to utilize her talents on a full time basis at some point in the future. Based on the success of this relationship, we have made the decision to add an additional individual to the program. We believe this arrangement gives our organization a unique competitive advantage and provides our intern some insight into the unique world of competitive outside sales."
