Spring Session - Implementation, Control and Change
BADM 562 - International Business (3)
This course introduces students to 1) the major components and key concepts of international business, 2) the cultural/political differences among nations as related to business, 3) world markets, currencies, and exchange rates, 4) the modes of internationalizing a firm, and the role of the World Trade Organization. For domestic students, an international trip, one of the program requirements, is incorporated into this course. For international students, a domestic trip is incorporated into this course.
BADM 534 - Information Systems (3 hr.)
This course examines information systems and technology in modern business. There is extensive use of cases to explore managerial issues in information systems planning, development, implementation and use.
FIN 500 - Corporate Finance (3 hr.)
This course deals with the financial management of commercial firms. Topics include how assets should be managed, what assets should be purchased, and how these purchases should be financed.
BADM 591M- Marketing Management (3 hr.)
This course develops the student's understanding of evaluation and analysis of marketing strategies in a global environment. It also provides techniques for examination of the relationships between buyer behavior and the elements of the marketing mix.

ILR 543 - Negotiation Strategy (3 hr.)
This course is designed to enhance negotiation knowledge and abilities, particularly in win-win bargaining. The course concentrates on the strategies and tactics of mutual gains (win-win) bargaining. There will be some linkages to position negotiation.
MKTG 440 - Export Management (3 hr.)
In this course, students take a rol,e of an international consultant and are paired with company representatives to develop an Export Marketing Plan targeted to the specific needs of the participating company.
