Summer Session -- Planning and Strategy

BADM 591 Human Resource Management (3 hr.)

In this course students 1) become familiar with personnel/human resource management policies and procedures with consideration for international, multi-cultural, and ethical implications, 2) develop skills in the diagnosis and solution of personnel/human resource management problems, 3) improve written and oral communication skills, and 4) develop skills in human resource research (e.g., job satisfaction, employee attitudes, commitment).  A management skill development practicum series and service learning requirement are also included in this course.

BADM 591 - Global Strategic Management (3 hr.)

This course is designed to give insight into the current economic, business and political issues, challenges, and opportunities facing the world--to acquaint students with strategies, trends, and forces that shape the 21st century.
