This course serves as the capstone for the ILR program. It focuses on strategic analysis
as a central role of management. Specific emphasis is given to strategic assessment of
the human resource function in organizations. Human resources professionals are part of
the management team, and this course reviews general management activity involved in
formulation, implementation and evaluation of business strategies.
