Mylan cofounder talks about 'Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal and Daring to Dream'
A businessman who has been successful in endeavors ranging from pharmaceutical research to golf tournaments spoke recently on "Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal and Daring to Dream" at the Waterfront Place Hotel, Morgantown, W.Va. Watch the speech.
Don Panoz gave the speech as part of the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics Wells Fargo Distinguished Lecture Series.
Panoz is cofounder of Mylan Laboratories, one of the world’s leading producers of generic drugs, and founder of Elan Corp., an Irish pharmaceutical research and drug delivery company.
He also created the American Le Mans Series races and Panoz Motor Sports Group. He also founded Chateau Elan Winery and resort and the Sarazen World Open golf tournament.
