- 1st preference – given to children of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation employees.
- 2nd preference – given to female and/or minority students.
- Must be pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Management, Marketing or be a duel major in Business and Foreign Language.
