The College of Business and Economics (B&E) is pleased to offer minors in business, entrepreneurship and media entrepreneurship to students interested in learning the skills needed for functioning in a business setting or starting their own ventures. The minor curriculum recognizes independent thinking, decision making, and effectiveness in a diverse workplace.
Students are permitted to declare either a minor in Business Administration or Entrepreneurship, but not both. The Media Entrepreneurship minor is restricted to Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism majors.
To qualify for one of these minors a student must have earned a grade of "C" or better in each of the required courses.
* A student pursuing a bachelor's degree from the WVU College of Business and Economics may not complete an academic minor in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship. or Media Entrepreneurship.
How to Declare a Minor
Meet with your academic advisor to discuss how the minor fits into your program.
