Rick Steves, Rail Europe, Rail Saver. - Commercial sites that are search engines for low-cost within-Europe airlines:
Whichbudget.com, EuropebyAir.com, Openjet.com. Note that many inter-European airlines fly into small secondary airports.
- Currency Conversion — One of many sites that will tell you current exchange rates.
- Die Bahn — a German site with train schedules and point-to-point rail fares in Europe.
- Trenitalia or fs-on-Line — for Italian train schedules and more
- Mappy and ViaMichelin are sites with maps, itineraries and driving directions for traveling in Europe.
- Opportunities Abroad — opportunities for work, study, teach, volunteer abroad and more.
- International Herald Tribune — International English language newspaper.
